RETURNS
Products "in stock" can be returned within 15 calendar days from the delivery.
To return products, you must complete the returns form by clicking “Returns” at the bottom of any page in order to receive authorization and instructions for returning the merchandise.
For full details on our returns policy please see paragraph 10 of our “Terms & Conditions of Sales”.
The refund will be made according to the procedures described in paragraph 11 of our “Terms & Conditions of Sales”, and will imply the loss of loyalty points related to the purchase refunded.
Products "made to order" cannot be returned.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Products purchased that are "in stock" may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping.
Purchases of Products "made to order", according to the rules of distance selling cannot be cancelled. However we adopt a more flexible policy, by providing a cancellation period also for “made to order” purchases, as follows:
You can cancel your order within 7 calendar days from the day of the order (including the day of the order), with a penalty fee of 5% of the total sale price, to cover our credit card processing costs.
You can cancel your order from 7 to 21 calendar days from the day of the order (including the day of the order), with a restocking penalty fee of 20% of the total sale price.
After 21 days calendar days (including the day of the order) orders cannot be cancelled as preparation of the order is too advanced.
All refunds for cancelled orders will be made as described in paragraph 11 of our “Terms & Conditions of Sales”.
